Dutch folkgroup Dockside recorded the basic tracks at their home and then came to our recording studio to complete their new album. We recorded the vocals and flute and re-recorded a few bits of guitar and accordeon. We also spent some time editing: removing unwanted noises in the background and making subtle adjustments to enhance the performance.
Dutch folk Dockside new album
For Dockside whose previous album was recorded in an analog studio this was their first encounter with digital recording / editing / mixing. The group needed a warm and clear sound. The cd was mixed by JP van der Meij and Dockside. The group started in 1994. This is their third album.
